On 29 June 2017, Cloud Data Technologies Limited formally changed its name to Cawston Surveying Limited. This reflected a change in business focus for the company from data analysis and software development, primarily in the construction industry, to the provision of quantity surveying and commercial management services. Cawston Surveying will still be providing technical services to the construction industry in the field of data analysis and data processing related to Building Information Modelling (BIM). Cawston Surveying will continue to maintain practical support for organisations like Edibuild Europe.
